This location near to 
URA launched a tender for a site facing The Regent Singapore and attracted 9 bids. It resulted a top bid of S$410m on 26 April 2018 and it is equivalent to S$2,377 psf per plot ratio. The press has indicated that the eventual launch could reach S$3,700 psf, record breaking for a 99 year leasehold property.
Bukit Timah

Bukit Timah is popular with numerical avenues, from First Avenue to Sixth Avenue. Sixth Avenue is the longest and most popular as it is not just the longest but also the linkage between Bukit Timah and Holland Road. There are some Good Class Bungalow areas and mostly landed properties at Bukit Timah.
Holland Village

Today, this area has rows of shops and most famous characteristic pubs and restaurants which are usually fully booked during weekends and public holidays. It has several beautiful condominiums and is a popular place for the richer residents.
