Katong Park MRT Station And Thomson East Coast Line

Two Payment Schemes Available (Limited Period)
The Line @ Tanjong Rhu is one of the few freehold developments in Singapore that offers the Deferred Payment Scheme and the Normal Payment Scheme.
For Normal Payment Scheme, 95% of the Purchase Price is to be paid within 8 weeks from the date of Option to Purchase (OTP). For Deferred Payment Scheme, 100% o fthe Purchase Price can be deferred for 2 years from the date of OTP.
It should be noted that Purchase Price under the Normal Process Payment Scheme is around 2.8% to 3% lower than under the Deferred Payment Scheme.
